Job description:
We are looking for someone to train as part of an internship to become fully employed as our multi-channel receptionist from calls to social media & such incoming events.

To diligently handle these accurately so that we can serve our client base and act as the concierge to the rest of the team.

**Skills**:

- Communicate excellently and with precision in English both spoken and written.
- Multitask - Be able to handle phone calls, social media chats and recording client technical level enquiries accurately to feed through to the tech and sales teams.
- Understand how to prioritise.
- Need to be able to think logically and ask right questions.
- Laser beam like focus to pinpoint issues by cutting through the noise and emotions.
- Strong developed personality.

Long term retention Salary structure: From 4000 per month and reviewed monthly with progress.
