Mobile Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring that all sites are covered and officers are executing their patrols.
- Maintaining good relations between the Client with regard to security services rendered.
- Manage all Fleets in the region.
- Attend to meetings with clients
- Ensuring that Security staff maintains required performance at all times.
- Dealing with all required administration matters: timesheets, leave, reports (Incident report), uniform requisition, etc.
- Liaising daily with Area Manager on various operational issues.
- Attend to incidents on sites

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS;
- **Matric certificate/Grade 12**:

- **Valid Grade A or B Psira registration.**:

- **Valid firearm competency**:

- **Valid Drivers License**:

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in the security industry and 4 years in a Supervisory role.
- Must be able to work under pressure and for extended hours as and when required
- **No criminal record or pending.**:

- Well spoken in English
- Knowledge of Firearm rules and regulations
- Well-presented individual

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
