**Minimum Requirements**:

- Hold a B.Ed Degree with a Foundation Phase qualification and relevant educational experience
- Have valid SACE registration (proof required)
- Be able to plan, assess, record, and report effectively on the Foundation Phase Curriculum
- Demonstrate an innovative, creative, child-centred, and passionate approach to teaching and school life
- Have knowledge of thinking-based approaches to teaching, learning, and assessment
- Be familiar with Problem-Based Learning and Project-Based Learning models
- Have knowledge and experience in focus group activities and differentiated Maths and Language programmes
- Singapore Math experience would be an advantage
- Have a solid understanding of 21st-century educational skills and pedagogy
Possess excellent digital literacy skills with the ability to integrate technology effectively into teaching and learning
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and work well as part of a collaborative, dynamic team
Demonstrate sound organisational skills and a commitment to sport and extra-mural activities
- Hold current Police, Sexual Offenders Register, and Child Protection Act clearances
