Branch Manager: Sunbet

Sun Bet as the online sports betting division of Sun International will lead the alternative gaming strategy and business objectives, providing thought leadership and advice on sports betting product performance, revenue growth, operational governance and service standards, as well as building strategic relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; and leading the integration of online sports betting projects into operations.

The branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch’s operations to ensure efficient and profitable management; this will involve leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service, managing betting activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety and driving the branch’s financial performance to enhance the overall customer experience and maintain a high standard of operational excellence.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma in Business Administration

**Experience**
- 3-5 years’ experience in a sports betting environment, of which 3 years at management level

**Key Performance Areas**
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring a seamless experience for customers in all aspects of the sports betting service, from registration and deposits to placing bets and withdrawals
- Ensure the branch meets or exceeds set business targets, including revenue, customer acquisition, and retention goals
- Manage the scheduling, coordination, and delegation of tasks to branch staff, ensuring high standards of performance and operational efficiency
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the branch and take corrective action when necessary to ensure targets are met
- Manage a local customer service team to deliver exceptional service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance with betting-related queries

- Set performance objectives for branch employees and conduct regular performance reviews, providing coaching and guidance for professional development
- Execute local marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to increase brand visibility and attract new customers to the branch
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that branch-specific campaigns and promotions are aligned with the overall country strategy
- Monitor the effectiveness of in-branch marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on local trends and customer feedback
- Oversee the financial management of the branch, ensuring that daily operations align with budgetary goals and financial targets
