LLB Degree. Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer.

**Skills**

Minimum 2 years + Solid Conveyancing Experience gained post admission as a Conveyancer.

**Duties**:

- Checking of OTP’s
- 72 hrs clauses
- Addendums
- Mange and resolve queries
- Must have good problem-solving skills, communication skills and must have had previous experience in the handling of Clients and Client Services
- Must be driven and result orientated
- Have a good understanding of the internal and external processes
- Working very closely with the Transfers Department Manager:
Sorting out after-registration queries
Attending to all clients complaints and queries immediately
