**Key Responsibilities**:

- LMS Management (Onboarding students, adding resources, creating tasks/courses, assisting with task uploads, student uploads, managing submissions).
- Drumlin management (Deleting redundant codes, creating codes)
- Creating weekly tutoring schedule and sending them out.
- Liaising with markers (payment schedule).
- Onboarding students (LMS, Welcome letter, iWizard, orientation sessions, any other required assistance).
- Managing the proctoring system.
- Managing the iWizard.
- Creating termly reports.
- Creating termly task/exam schedules.
- Editing exams/tasks.
- Marking Submissions (Grade 4-12).
- Communication to Parents/Learners.
- Vimeo management (uploading of tutoring recordings).
- Liaising with Printers (Grade R-3 Prints) - This includes sending them to the printers, collecting them and shipping them to the parent via Courier Guy.
- Ordering of EGD/Consumer Studies Textbooks, as well as shipping them out.
- Assisting with Grade 10-12 Moderation when needed.
- Assisting Accounts with Account Queries.
- Assisting Sales with academic questions.
