Overall responsibility
Build and maintain strong relationships with the team
Manage and lead the studio and drive the work by generating ideas, guiding creative teams, developing concepts and executing work to an impeccable standard and produce award winning output.
Fast conceptual skills, and inspirational design presentations
Present and sell ideas both internally and to clients
Maintain high standards of creative excellence and attention to detail
You should always be aware and identify the latest digital and technology trends
You should have a thorough understanding of the production process and feel comfortable collaborating with the production partners and managing internal staff
Regular quality checks on individual projects during production process with tremendous attention to detail
**Requirements**:
An intimate understanding of design, desk top publishing (DTP), copywriting, proof checking, proofreading and digital platforms.
You should be able to design and typeset a 150+ page report on your own, and be able to demonstrate that
Experience in stakeholder communication, integrated and sustainability reports
Detail-orientation and meticulous attention to detail
Dedication to the production of high-quality work
A strong people orientation, with the ability to inspire and motivate employees.
Ability to juggle both technical and creative projects.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet client’s deadlines timeously.
An optimistic, positive and inspiring can-do attitude
A person who has a problem-solving attitude.
Enthusiastic personality and a person who takes accountability and who is proud in their work and deliverables.
Ability to spot even the smallest inconsistencies in the text, colours, or alignment.

Inspirational presentation skills
Working with a wide range of media including multiple print and digital platforms
Be technologically savvy.
Exceptional 2D design skills
Fully Mac literate in all relevant programs
**Computer skills and knowledge**:
InDesign
Illustrator
Photoshop
PowerPoint
Word
Excel
**Experience**:
University degree or college diploma
Experience in stakeholder communication, integrated and sustainability reports
Experience in branding (advantageous)
