**Junior Operational Planner - Bath & Body Manufacturing / Muizenberg / Cape Town**
We’re looking for an Operational Planner to manage inventory flow, coordinate projects, and keep operations running smoothly.
Full Time Position
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and track inventory movement and stock levels.
- Raise purchase orders
- Deal with suppliers
- Monitor workflow between departments and flag potential delays.
- Prepare reports and assist management with planning and forecasting.
- Ensure documentation and data are accurate and up to date across systems
- Collaborate with various departments to continuously improve planning processes
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure all aspects of the production cycle are on track
- When there are problems initiate solutions to be confirmed by the Director
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field
- 3 - 5 years planning experience
- Accounting knowledge
- Numerical, analytical, and organisational skills
- Systems and technology orientation
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Knowledge of product lead times
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication and coordination ability.
- Hands-on, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics preferred.
