**Position description**:
This role requires a seasoned HR Executive who will provide strategic HR leadership to various HR projects in the business. This role will play a central role in working closely with the Group HR Executive in forward planning and strategy development for “OUR CLIENT” as a whole and will also be responsible to providing end-to-end strategic HR support to the CEO and Executive teams at various entities including (“OUR CLIENT”); “OUR CLIENT” Wellness; BPO and other newly established business entities such as Australia, Mauritius, UK and USA. The incumbent will take a lead role in driving the delivery of the Group HR strategic agenda for the business in collaboration with the HR CoE teams to deliver best in class HR solutions for the various entities he/she supports.

**Minimum qualification requirements**:

- Bachelor of Honor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
**Minimum experience requirements**:

- 10 -15 years’ experience in a Human Resources generalist role at a senior level
- 5-10 years’ experience operating at an Executive level
- Extensive experience in implementing and managing projects across the HR value chain
- Proficient in MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of business operations within the Call Centre environment will be an advantage
**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Support Group HR Executive (GHRE) through the delivery of HR strategy, policies and procedures in line with the “OUR CLIENT” strategy.
- Leading and managing multiple HR projects and other related projects in collaboration with HRBPs and CoE through conducting analysis, tracking, monitoring and reporting back on findings and recommendations to the GHRE
- Assist in managing change and ensuring the achievement of the “OUR CLIENT” strategic goals through effective people management practices.
- Assess current and future policy requirements to support “OUR CLIENT” strategic aims.
- Work closely with various entities assigned to the incumbent in communicating and implementing various Human Resources programs and procedures for all employees within these entities.

- Provide strategic oversight and direction to HRBPs and other relevant HR committees and forums.
- Monitor employment legislation developments, assess the impact on the “OUR CLIENT” Group, and advise the Employee Relations team on the relevant policies that need to be developed to maintain legal compliance and best practice.
- Provide direction on employee engagement so that “OUR CLIENT” ,”OUR CLIENT” Wellness, BPO and other relevant entities’ regularly measure and respond to staff feedback to improve the “OUR CLIENT” as the best employer to work for.
- Work closely with “OUR CLIENT”, “OUR CLIENT” Wellness, BPO and other relevant entities’ Leadership teams on specific people themes and issues.
- Provide oversight of the “OUR CLIENT” “OUR CLIENT” Wellness, BPO and other relevant entities’ approach to job evaluation to maintain consistency and fairness in line with the “OUR CLIENT” Group, and assess appropriate methodologies for implementation.
**Technical skills required**
- In depth Knowledge and understanding of all relevant labour legislation, Human Resources practices, Policies and Procedures across the HR value chain
- Proven ability to analyse and design best practice HR solutions to a variety people driven business challenges through research and innovation
- Intermediate/advanced skills
- MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Project
- Strong presentation skills
- Exceptional business writing skills
