**For the customer**, using Yebo Fresh means avoiding the hassle, cost and risk of overcrowded and/or expensive transport, long queues, and carrying heavy bulk goods.

**For FMCGs, **working with Yebo Fresh means direct access into the mass market and a great partnership for direct deliveries, customer insights, product testing, POS marketing etc.

**Marketing Manager**

The Marketing Manager will report into the Commercial DirectorThis role is based in CPT/ JHB and is home-based with a minimum of 2-3 days per week spent in the office/in the field (this requirement may increase or decrease depending on the context)

**Requirements**:

- Work with field personnel to develop better customer insights to help

sharpen the business model and brand positioning.
- Develop and implement the social media marketing plan
- Develop and implement a marketing plan to build the B2B market
- Work with colleagues to define the preferred customer journey; advise on
- and develop specific parts of the customer interface
- Report back on marketing activities and measure results against clearly

defined KPI’s and targets

**KPI’s/ Deliverables**:

- Delivery of clear insights and recommendations on Yebo Fresh brand

benefits, target customer and offering
- Social media likes, traffic and conversion
- Delivery of relevant social media content in a structured format
- Delivery of township retail catalogues on time in full
- Contribution to B2B workshops
- Delivery of case studies and other NGO materials
- Co-develop new website design, content and flow
- Co-develop new customer app design, content and flow
- Provide recommendation on updated whatsapp bot communications
- Use of clear structure to report progress and future plans
- Definition of targets for each activity/ campaign and measuring of results

against target
- Start measuring key marketing measures such as traffic, CAC, Churn, CLTV

**Contract Type**:Permanent Employment Contract(3 month probationary period)

**Compensation**: R22 000 - R24 000

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R24,000.00 per month
