IT Support

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and maintain the computer systems and network of the organisation.
- Installing and configuring computer systems.
- Advise and assist regarding the procurement of all ICT equipment and consumables including negotiations and stock auditing.
- Provide a high quality of user support to include:

- Desktop support
- Manage IT projects
- Installation of new existing IT equipment
- Ensuring the correct disposal of damaged and unrepairable equipment
- Ensure up to date inventory

**Qualification and Requirements**
- Matric
- Relevant certification/qualification (A+,N+,MCIPT,Micro Soft Operating System)
- 1-2 years’ experience
- Extensive computer literacy
- Knowledge of IT support process steps and turnaround times
- Knowledge of expected end user/customer requirements (Basic troubleshooting and prescribed incident management process)
- Valid drivers’ licenses
