**Purpose of this role**:
**Educational Requirements**:
- Relevant Diploma or Degree in Marketing or relevant work experience
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience with internal messaging tools, preferably Slack.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads
- Experience with SEO
- Expertise with website management, conversion optimisation, and tracking
- Experience in B2C and B2B marketing.
- Excellent computer literacy is essential in MS Office or Google suite
- Experience with modern software (i.e. Notion, MixPanel, customer.io)
- Ability to market to a developer audience
- Ability to work with small paid ads budget
- Experience with various online platforms and forums related to the audience, e.g. YouTube, Medium, Quora, Reputation Management sites (TrustPilot, Google, G2), Reddit, Stackoverflow and other related forums
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Optimise the website conversion funnel based on channel
- Develop effective KPIs to measure the successful performance of the role
- Analyze and report data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Manage marketing spend to ensure appropriate ROI
- Optimise for visit to registration conversion across all products and brands
- Optimise for registration to purchase conversion across all products and brands
- Segmentation of the leads database
- Suggest, implement and manage all promotional campaigns, including those related to Summer Sales, Black Friday, Event Specials and the like.
- Manage the website, briefing in additional pages where necessary, including campaign landing pages and managing placements for the logged in guest state.
- Work with product to ensure user experience is as frictionless as possible, and make recommendations to improve conversion rates at each step of the user on-boarding flow.
- Manage creative, ad, and landing page testing schedule to drive improved campaign results.
- Manage all marketing material inventory related to acquisition and conversion
- Assist the sales team with providing suitable marketing material for lead acquisition and conversion
- Develop recommendations to reach new customers and markets
