Our client, one of the leading **business financiers** for viable small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the world, is looking for an **Investment Manager **to join their **Business Investment Department** based in Bellville.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Marketing the company Brand and building networks.
- Undertaking viability studies on targeted companies.
- Doing financial modelling and compiling the investment report.
- Negotiating and structuring investment projects on the targeted entities.

**Qualification/Experience Requirements**:

- **Minimum**: A Bcom degree in Accounting, Finance or other business-related field.
- 4 or more years of experience in business investment/business investment structuring.
- Experience in auditing, banking and/or sales and marketing will be advantageous.

The individual needs to possess the ability to build and maintain relationships, have strong negotiation skills and be results focused.

**Location**: Bellville, Cape Town (office based).

**Salary**: R35 000-R45 000 depending on experience

**Starting date**: As soon as possible.
