Well-established Law Firm based in Ballito is looking to expand their team and require the services of a capable individual with a professional and friendly attitude to join their practice

**Minimum requirements**:

- Matric and a relevant qualification would be an advantage
- 1-5 years experience in transfers
- Experience with bonds would be beneficial
- Must have experience working on ABSA, Nedbank and FNB panels
- Proficient in Lexis Convey, an added bonus would be having experience with Webconvey and Stordoc

Daily duties will include:

- Taking ownership of the transaction from beginning to end, including preparation of final accounts
- Preparing and maintaining files accurately according to specification
- Drafting of all transfer and supporting documents accurately and efficiently and arranging for signature thereof
- Drafting loan and bond documents for various financial institution and strict compliance with the various financial institutions service level agreements
