Fleet Dispatch Controller

Requirements
- Matric
- Minimum 2 years experience in dispatch controlling and logistics
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadline
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent computer literacy skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to carry out orders as instructed by management

**Key Outputs**
- Ability to cope in a pressurized environment
- Liaising with Maintenance / Vehicle suppliers to ensure quality of service and agreed response / repair times are met
- Monitoring and tracking of vehicles
- Managing the drivers and facilitate route planning
- Monitoring fuel consumption and ensuring fuel cards are pre-loaded
- Liaise with third parties and other stakeholders IRO vehicle licensing, insurance, traffic fines
- Handle vehicle service, defect and breakdown requests following company procedures and guidelines, ensuring mínimal disruption and downtime
- Manage time and attendance of drivers
- Investigate and respond to customer complaints and queries
- Updating of fleet management systems
- Assisting in office duties, providing cover when needed for other aspects of the fleet department

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: R8 000,00 - R9 000,00 per month
