**AUDIT MANAGER**

- R705 600 pa CTC An established accounting and secretarial services company based in Pretoria East requires the services of an Audit Manager to assist with completion of the Annual Financial Audit in accordance with required deadlines.

**Application Instruction**:
**DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- B Comm Degree- Completed SAICA articles and at least four years post article experience- Excellent knowledge to implement and maintain full IFRS- Good Tax knowledge-
- Well versed in the Tax Act, Vat Act and Companies Act AND IFRS- Fluent in Afrikaans and English- Advanced Excel skills- Good planning and organizational skills.- Must be able work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Prepare and finalize the Group’s Annual Financial Statements (“AFS”)- Preparing supporting schedules for figures relating to notes to the AFS- Assist external auditors in enquiries during the audit- Prepare and process eliminating entries for the Group consolidations- Preparation of income tax computation and submission of income tax returns- Ensure compliance to financial laws and guidelines such as the Companies Act, CIPC, Vat Act, Income Tax Act, IFRS- Undertake quality reviews of audit files, subsidiaries AFS, GL reconciliations and assist in clearing reconciling items
