'HR Support Advisor' Key Responsibilities: - Act as the HR system specialist and database administrator. - Responsible for Payroll and Benefits. - Maintain an accurate position structure within the HRIS System. - Manage and own letter generation processing across all South Africa sites for employee changes. - Data management troubleshooting and process implementation. - Policy reviews and implementation. - Serve as the key liaison between varying departments. - Supporting HR team: provide administrative and communicative support. 'HR Support Advisor' Key Skills will include: - HR qualification. - 4+ years HR Administration experience. - 2+ Payroll and benefits administration. - Experience in process improvement. - Excellent teamwork and communication skills. - High attention to detail - understands the importance of data accuracy. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: R400,000.00 - R450,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate: - Kyalami, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) Application Question(s): **Education**: - Bachelors (preferred) **Experience**: - HR Support: 4 years (preferred) - HRIS systems: 2 years (preferred) - payroll & benefits: 1 year (preferred) License/Certification: - HR (preferred)
