Duties**:Game Farm Management**

**o Effective management of the Game Farm**

**o General Maintenance**

**o Effective Labor Utilisation and Leading by Example**

**o Fire management and prevention**

**o Farm security and cleanliness**

**o Infrastructure maintenance**

**o Managing Invasive Plants**

**o Nutrition management**

Hunting management
- Receiving from Local and International Hunters
- Taking Out Hunters on Hunts
- Processing and Finishing of Carcasses o Act as Host and Ambassador of the Farm

**General Entity Management**

**o Manage the day-to-day Operational Operations**

**o Active marketing and acquisition of Outfitters, Hunters, Local and International Hunters/Guests**

**o General Budget Management (Revenue and Expenditure)**

**o Close cooperation with Outfitters o General Administration, Record Keeping, and Reporting**

**o Stock management and stock orders o Room Controls**

**o Staff training**

**o Maintaining a high service ethic and standard**

**o Management of inventories Acceptance of employment: As soon as possible**
