Talent Acquisition Specialist

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Create, own, and execute the business talent strategy while adjusting as needed based upon growth.
- Directly source talent from a variety of places including job boards, career fairs, social media etc.
- Help refine an efficient screening and interview process to help the business quickly identify and acquire top talent.
- Build a local presence in partner-defined target markets by executing on staffing for a key client and creating the foundation for a future Company office in that target market.
- Be a key advisor to the line managers and operations staff on general HR activities including compensation plans, performance management, business policies and business structure.

**Purpose of the Job**
- As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to attract and help retain high performing talent at all levels for Company. You will work closely with the Line managers and operations staff to craft a talent strategy that meets the needs of our growing business.

**Responsibilities**

Pay: R20 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
