Sales Agents required with a minimum of 1 year sales experience.

Must be mature, hardworking, a team player, self-motivated, target driven, honest, neat, reliable and organized.

As a Sales Agent based in the KwaZulu - Natal, Windermere branch you will report to the Branch Manager.

You will be responsible for the below:
Mobile + Data Sales LTE / 3G / DSL / Fibre (Contract New/Upgrades/Migration/Prepaid)
Accessory + Insurance Sales
Booking in devices for repairs / OBF Exchange
Device Setup / Ports / Sim swops
Handling of cash / Reports / Client Documents
Stock Takes & Administration
General housekeeping
Following company polices at all times & staying updated with the latest Telkom offers/changes
Most importantly you must have a passion for Customer Service and be driven to deliver a WOW customer experience.
