Assist in ensuring the operational implementation and execution of the People strategy through effective HR practices across the division.

Qualifications: 1. Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field required;
2. Experience:

- Minimum of 1- 2 years of HR experience

3. Knowledge:

- Microsoft Office proficiency required
- Solid understanding of Labour legislation & HR practices

4. Skills:

- Ability to identify and implement innovative ways to support business strategy;
- Ability to establish relationships and work effectively with diverse personalities and individuals at all levels of the organization;
- Ability to interpret, synthesize, and analyze data to inform decision making;
- Proactive and innovative with commitment to continuous learning and improvement;
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders

Responsibilities: 1. People Strategy execution support
- Take on projects if required in line with Strategic imperatives.
- Drive successful People Strategy execution.

2. Talent attraction and Engagement
- Effectively drive implementation of all Employee EXP and Engagement strategies.

3. Talent Management & Training
- Facilitate effective talent management processes within the division, through actively driving culture, values, training & development as well as performance management processes resulting in the retention and growth of good talent.
- Collaborate & assist with the co-ordination of training in line with our Workplace Skills Plan.

4. Compliance & Administration
- Under guidance, execute employee relations processes within the business & ensure all compliance requirements are adhered to such as EE, OHSA, all labour related legislation.
- Maintain & submit HR records to payroll (including onboarding docs, maternity leave, terminations, transfers, reporting line changes, LOA's etc.).

5. Communication & Culture
- Monitor the culture within the portfolio area and assist in executing group & divisional DNA & culture interventions.

6. Management Support
- Support the managers through guiding them in all recruitment & People related queries, ensuring consistent People practices.
