In the role of the Principle analyst I&T GRC, the individual will be required to have a proven track record of delivery and execution across multiple functional areas with a focus on internal operational controls, communications and assessment of risk. A strong skill set of maintaining and managing documentation, driving compliance to established governance and audit requirements.
**Working at NTT**
The role of the GRC analyst is to work closely with identified department heads to identify and manage risks by ensuring governance is in place and it is compliant
They support the provision of goverance and risk management plans, policies, processes, and procedures to support business operations. This position collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment to and execution of the GRC strategy.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Manage the implementation of the regulatory compliance policy, principles, and procedures aligned with the defined framework ensuring proactive regulatory compliance practices.
- Support the coordination of the ongoing preparation, testing, and monitoring of compliance with government regulations.
- Coordinate reviews to ensure policies and procedures are compliant and followed.
- Execute remediation on identified trends of non-compliance against;
- Emerging regulatory compliance issues
- Reviewed compliance documentation
- Contractual provisions
- Support the onboarding of new employees by ensuring training material that clarifies company policies and procedures.
- Participate in compliance reviews and support the implementation of regulatory compliance programs to address areas of non-compliance.
- Work with internal stakeholders to execute the regulatory compliance strategy.
- Coordinate the implementation of programs that drive compliance with government regulations.
- Support the planning, design, and evaluation of compliance initiatives and projects.
- Monitor changes to relevant legislation, governance codes, and the regulatory environment to ensure compliance.

- Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to present information clearly and succinctly
- Demonstrate high levels of integrity and professionalism
- Good commercial acumen and familiarity with financial, operational, HR, and project management procedures
- Proactive approach with excellent attention to detail and planning and organizing skills
- Display knowledge of governance processes, procedures, and policies.
**Academic Qualifications and Certifications**:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree
- Relevant certifications
**Required Experience**:
- Good level of relevant experience in a similar governance management position
- Demonstrated understanding of risk management
- Experience working within a large corporate environment and coordinating information across multiple countries
- Good experience dealing with clients and managing service levels
- Solid stakeholder engagement experience at all levels in the organization
