REQUIRED STANDARDS

- Aim to be multi-skilled allowing him to perform any role in the operation.
- Maintain factory and machine housekeeping to required standard.
- Personal hygiene is of the highest standard ensuring that you wash hands continuously and sanitize.
- To undertake any reasonable request from management.
- Regular handling of light to medium loads
- Must work irregular hours
- Shifts/Weekend/Public Holidays
- Factory environment
- Knowledge of equipment (including setup and running)
- Regular handling of light and medium responsibilities
- Report any maintenance to Supervisor.
- Check correct stock is in the SOS' area for the day’s production.
- Ensure change parts are in good repair and stored correctly.
- Assemble change parts correctly and set up levels properly.
- Ensure that the product is of good quality and report any problems to supervisor immediately.
- Ensure the bottle, label, product, date; line number, batch number and cap are correct.
- Ensuring waste of material and product is recorded.
- Ensuring area is clean and cleared of any waste after shift.
- Operator check sheet to be filled in daily and handed to supervisor
- Operate specific machinery according to standard operating procedure (SOP)
- Ensure achievement of yield
- Conduct first line maintenance
- Maintain logbooks
- Ensure integrity of the product
- Conduct first-line inspections
- Do housekeeping
- Conduct cleaning in place (CIP) and prepare equipment for sanitation and production
