An Industrial Relations Officer is required at our Office in Midrand. The primary responsibility will be to handle all Industrial Relations matters including Performance Management, Grievances, Warnings, Disciplinary hearings and CCMA matters.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advise, guide and oversee the implementation of Disciplinary actions in line with per the Company’s Policies and Procedures and South African Labour legislation.
- Facilitate sessions for Counselling, Issuing of warnings and Grievance Hearings.
- Arrange and prepare for Disciplinary hearings including formulating bundles for dispute resolution e.g. Hearings or CCMA matters.
- Ensure accurate record keeping
- Assist in general Human Resources duties by providing support in terms of Attend all CCMA processes on behalf of the Company, preparation for CCMA processes including documents, evidence and witnesses
- Ensure processes are concluded, follow up with relevant parties where necessary.
- Administration, Statutory Compliance and Employee Wellbeing.
- Computer literate and ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook essential
- Sound knowledge of relevant South African legislation such as the BCEA, Labour Relations Act
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good Interpersonal, Emotional Intelligence and Conflict Resolution skills

Experience & Qualifications
Degree / Diploma in a Labour Relations
Grade 12 certificate
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a labour related environment
