**Who Are We Looking For?**
The Human Resources Manager will overlook the HR operations and strategy for ContactPoint 360 South Africa. They will proactively implement and manage all Human Resources programs and practices throughout the organization, while promoting a positive and supportive work environment and company culture.
To succeed in this role, you will have high resiliency and adaptability to continuous improvement and ability to work with and manage relationships across a group of internal partners, within a fast-paced environment.
- Develop, carry out and manage HR operations, processes, policies, and overall employee experience at all levels, providing support for all teams within the company.
- Collaborate with leadership in areas such as organizational structure and change management to strengthen overall organizational capability.
- Counsel and coach employees and managers regarding employee relations issues including performance management, discipline and/or terminations.
- Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish positive employee relations and promote a high level of employee morale
- Manage all Provincial Labour Board claims and files
- Compile relative HR metrics (turnover, employee satisfaction, etc.), analyzing, reporting and identifying trends with recommendations provided
- Become the Human Resources Information System expert, provide training and advice to optimize settings and workflows
**Requirements**:
- Four (4) + years related experience in a client-focused Human Resources department, preferably in a customer service space or related organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or equivalent
- Canadian or provincial Human Resources Professional designation, an asset
- Good knowledge of current legislation, human resources practices, procedures, and policies
- Superb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision-making skills and a sense of urgency
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and to work collaboratively in a team environment
