Our growing client is looking to appoint a talented and experienced VIsual Merchandising Manager to create, oversee, and implement merchandising strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with the brand’s Global Team to ensure VM guidelines, standards, and seasonal plans are well-implemented and communicated with the store teams.
- Develop quarterly and yearly calendars to prepare new product launches, window changes, and in-store VM updates.
- Ensure window installations and in-store VM are executed as per the global directives.
- Manage VM prop upkeep and place new orders for updated POSM.
- Define and work with in-store visual merchandisers, to assist on VM execution and help maintain a store experience at brand standard level.
- Build and share requested reports from the brand, and meet deadline requirements.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure the brand image is respected in all the distribution landscape.
- Conduct regular in-store VM training with the store teams, and prepare training packs.
- Collaborate with Head Office, other departments, and stakeholders to create coordinated plans for business growth.
- Help define the VM strategy for newly integrated wholesale partners.
- Maintain relationships with brand global teams through regular follow-up calls.
