**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Odity Cape Town is currently looking for an essential profile: a General Nurse: Customer Service to do online support for our client based in the UK. To monitor / quality check & improve the quality of our interactions with our clinicians and their patients wrt prescription management.
As a General Nurse: Customer Service ambassador, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest quality standards. Proficiency in English is essential.
**I am intrigued. What would I be required to do concretely?**
Under the management of the Team Leader, your primary responsibility will be to:
- Support an advanced artificial intelligence platform dedicated to medical prescriptions for clinician based in the UK.
- Empower clinicians to prescribe at the highest standards of knowledge, instantly, whiles saving time for their patients
- Online support role (office based) to verify outputs generated by the AI tool to ensure safer and faster prescriptions for the clinicians.
- Pharmaceutical and Medicine management
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service by achieving specified performance standards, quality and service levels.
- Maintain accurate records of all tasks and communications in the system.
**REQUIRED PROFILE**
- Advanced Level in the English Language; (written and spoken).
- Diploma in Nursing.
- Registered with the South African Nursing Council as a registered Nurse
- 0-12 months relevant experience.
- Track record of success in meeting challenging targets and deadlines
- Knowledge of administration procedures
- Flexibility of time management throughout the shift, to accommodate client meeting requests.
- Ensure a high quality of processing information.
- Attention to detail in document validation and excellent grammatical language.
- Problem solving skills and initiative.
- Excellent quality and adherence to KPI’s/SLA’s
- Microsoft skills.
