- Good understanding with al latest mobiles and technology
- Ensure effective processes are in place

**Must haves**:

- Grade 12 qualifications or equivalent
- Retail cellular experience essential
- Knowledge on cellular
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Customer service orientated
