**Requirements**:

- National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF 4.
- SAGMA or GMF Accredited Qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Miller with experience in handling white maize.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Experience with full spectrum grain is advantageous.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage milling staff, ensure effective use of equipment, and handle HR-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, monitor quality control, and maintain accurate records.
- Perform administrative duties, manage reports, and handle paperwork efficiently.
- Maximize productivity, oversee shift transitions, and address production issues promptly.
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team and operations.
- Maintain a clean work environment, adhere to safety protocols, and participate in OHS activities.
- Monitor water control, maintain equipment, and perform regular quality checks.
- Ensure equipment is well-maintained, handle minor repairs, and report major issues.
- Ensure efficient operation of milling equipment and perform regular inspections.

**Preferred Skills and Attributes**:

- Technical Skills: Knowledge of milling machinery, fault finding, and preventive maintenance.
- Core Competencies: Time management, problem-solving, quality assurance, teamwork, and decision-making.

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications. Final salary will be discussed during the interview process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to R720 000,00 per year
