Key performance areas include:
1. Authorizations

2. Dealer Liaison

3. Customer Liaison

4. Cost Saving initiatives

5. Highlighting of trends relating to parts failure or abuse

An RE5 Qualification would be advantageous. Knowledge of Isuzu, UD and Hino Vehicles would also be a benefit.
