**What We're Looking For**:
The Global HR Shared Services Specialist will be responsible for the execution of the transactional HR Shared Services tasks. This role will service the Global HR team by executing on HR service desk requests, onboarding, terminations and maintenance of the HRIS (Workday). The HR Shared Services specialist will be the first point of contact for HR Queries and will provide tier 1 HR assistance.

**Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To**:
**Processing of HR requests**
- Execute on HR Service Desk request, or escalate appropriately
- Process Unemployment Claims
- Respond to HR Mail - Currently Online (Review, processing & distribution)
- Responsible for confirmation of employment / Employment Authorization Process (uConfirm & Payroll)

**Onboarding**
- Complete Onboarding Checklist for new hires
- Complete Background Checks: Initiate checks for New Hire, review results according to grid and escalate if needed
- New Hire Tracker Process: Pulled from the onboarding summary in WD to track when I9s and BGCs are sent

**Terminations**
- Process Voluntary Terminations
- Maintain Exit Interview Tracker
- Exit Interviews: Schedule exit interviews
- Provide guidance on how to submit terminations

**HRIS - Workday (25%)**
- Maintain Job Changes Tracker
- Non-Comp Based Job Changes: Edit programs, cost centers
- Relocations and Transfers: Changes in Workday and creating agreements
- Spot Bonuses (One Time Payments (OTP)) & Lending Hands
- Spot Bonus Letters
- Change Org Assignments
- Move Workers: Existing Manager & New Manager

**Things That Should Be In Your Background**:

- Relevant qualification (HR or IS preferred)
- 1 - 2 years functional experience
- HR systems familiarity (WorkDay preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High service delivery and performance mindset
- Good understanding of HR activities
- Fast paced and high-pressure work environment
