**Job Description: Plasma Machine Operato**r

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Machine Setup and Operation**:

- Set up and calibrate plasma cutting machines based on job specifications.
- Operate CNC (Computer Numerical Control) plasma cutting equipment to cut and shape metal sheets and plates.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper cutting and adherence to quality standards.

**2. Material Handling**:

- Load and unload metal sheets onto the cutting table.
- Arrange and secure materials for cutting according to work orders.

**3. Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished pieces to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary to maintain product quality.

**4. Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and make minor repairs as needed.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Plasma Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in operating CNC machinery and understanding of machine controls and settings.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of metal cutting techniques and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Experience is ESSENTIAL**
