Multi Award Winning Nursery-**Stodels** is looking for a dynamic **Junior Floor Supervisor** to be responsible for the full administrative functions pertaining to branch.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Profitability (sales, mark up, write offs)
- Merchandising and display standards
- Managing and developing staff
- Completing the operational scorecards and KPA’s
- Purchasing and ensuring the stock levels are acceptable
- To be responsible for overall implementation of any specials/promotions
- To manage customer service within the department

**CRITERIA NEEDED**:

- Retail experience essential
- Supervisory / management experience advantageous
- Passion for customer service and staff development
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Must be organised, efficient, creative and assertive with strong communication skills on all levels
- Sound retail business acumen and understanding the drivers of profitability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
