**SUMMARY**

We are urgently looking for a reliable and qualified individual to join the team as a Service Advisor for their Fleet branches in Germiston.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Meet and greet customers
- Constantly liaise with customers regarding their vehicle
- Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on system
- Update necessary vehicle details
- Prepare quotations
- Ensure accurate invoice payments
- Full vehicle handover process
- Customer follow ups
- Supervise administration duties

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**QUALIFICATIONS/LICENSE**
- Grade 12
- Industry related qualification will be advantageous
- Driver’s License preferable code 10/14

**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**
- Minimum of 02 years’ experience as a Fleet Service Advisor
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good time management skills
- Organizing and planning ability
- Computer literate
- Customer centric
- Team player

**GENERAL REQUIREMENT**
- Clear criminal record
- Willing to work overtime
- Lives near Germiston

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R11,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Germiston, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Excel: 10 years (required)
- Parts Sourcing: 3 years (required)
