**Trainer**

SILVERAKE TRADING PTY LTD is a successful growing business, comprised of a chain of KFC outlets in KZN and a Head Office in Stanger/KwaDukuza. An opportunity has arisen within the business for an experienced Trainer to fulfil the company’s training and development requirements.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Duties and responsibilities include but are not necessarily limited to the following:

- Creating and implementing development programs.
- Working with managers as well as the trainees to ensure that training targets are met.
- Coaching and supporting employees.
- Generating SOP’s, setting performance metrics, and evaluating productivity.
- Develop an annual training plan and budget.
- Ensure adequate succession planning.
- Present monthly statistics on progress.
- Liaise with the Seta and leverage opportunities.

**Required Competencies**:

- Coaching
- People skills
- Being fair and objective

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric and relevant qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Industry experience is an advantage.
- Own vehicle and willing to travel.

**Working Hours**:
This is an operational position and the working hours will rotate around that of the stores ensuring that the successful incumbent receives adequate time-off.

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- KwaDukuza, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
