**Role Overview**

As a Financial Adviser within an Old Mutual franchise, you will provide tailored financial solutions to individuals, families, and small businesses. Operating under a globally recognized brand, you will leverage Old Mutual’s resources while enjoying the autonomy of a franchise model. Your role focuses on fostering financial security through expert advice on investments, insurance, retirement planning, and wealth management.

This is a remote work position. Remuneration is based solely on commission.

**Benefits**

80% - 100% share of commission.
Up to R 50 000 training allowance paid.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Relevant financial qualification at NQF 5 level
- At least 2 years’ experience as a financial adviser
- FAIS Compliant - Regulatory Examination (RE5) and/or relevant FSCA recognised tertiary qualification
- Clear Credit Record

**Skills & Competencies**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Conduct consultations to understand clients’ financial goals, risk tolerance, and life stages. Offer personalized strategies using Old Mutual’s products
- **Sales & Business Development**: Meet sales targets by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones. Promote franchise growth through local networking, community involvement, and marketing initiatives.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to regulatory standards and Old Mutual’s compliance frameworks. Ensure all advice aligns with legal and ethical guidelines.
- **Financial Planning**: Analyze clients’ financial statuses to recommend tax-efficient investments, estate and risk planning
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on industry trends, product changes, and regulatory shifts via Old Mutual’s training programs.
- **Technology Utilization**: Use CRM systems and financial tools to track client interactions and optimize planning processes.

- **Sales Acumen**: Proven track record in meeting targets and building client networks.

**Work Environment**:

Pay: R10 000,00 - R50 000,00 per month
