**Call Centre Agent - Mangwanani Head Office (Ballito)**

**Key Performance Areas / Specific Duties**
- Have a thorough knowledge of all Mangwanani packages, promotions, locations, collection points, and related offerings.
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers in their specific enquiries i.e. availability, voucher redemptions, venue information, package information
- Create further interest in the company's services by inviting customers to use all services and products offered.
- Provide a high level of personalized customer service.
- Address any issues or concerns customers have regarding their bookings, ensuring that customers have a positive experience.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and packages
- Ensure that customers feel valued, listened to, and satisfied with their experience.
- Upsell the various Mangwanani packages

**Requirements**:

- Computer literate
- Have a strong command of the English language
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Have excellent administration skills
- Have excellent interpersonal skills to develop a relationship with clients over the phone.
- Must be able to work weekends and public holidays
- Able to work quickly and accurately
- Previous call center experience is a must (2 years)
