The Bond Originator / Bond Specialist / Home Loan Sales and Business Development Manager.

A Bond Originator acts as an intermediary between the home loan applicant and the banks, assisting the applicant in compiling one set of paperwork, then submitting it to all the major banks on their behalf.

Responsible for managing the full bond origination process for clients, including but not limited to sourcing new business, following up on leads, and liaising with clients, attorneys, and estate agents. This is a full-time on-site role located in Sandton Hurlingham.

**Qualifications**:
Financial:
Experience in bond origination / sales / business development

Understanding of the home loan/bond market and trends

Knowledge of compliance regulations and financial services industry laws

Interpersonal:
Strong client relationship-building skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Organizational:
Ability to manage a high volume of leads and clients

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Educational:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field or certification

**Salary**: R10 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
