**Summary**

GAPP-Partners Global was formed to support a sustainable, cost-effective, efficient and ethical service delivery for both local and global markets. We working with a Telecoms Giant in Africa and currently have roles for a Solution Architects in; South Africa, Congo, Ghana, Tanzania, Kenya, Mozambique, Lesotho and Ethiopia. These are all Hybrid roles in the various Capital Cities.

**Daily Functions**
**Establishment of architecture Guardrails**
- Create and deliver Architecture Guardrails
- Identification of required guardrails towards an MSA, as realised through TaaS (shall be established in consultation with Vodacom Group IT Architecture)
- Create architecture guardrails, and all associated artefacts, which may include, but not limited to PowerPoint slide deck, Atlassian Confluence, publishing on SharePoint.
- Participate in “training” sessions to explain the impact of the guardrail to the software development community
- Engage with architects in Vodacom Group to validate the accuracy, completeness and viability of the guardrail

**Create and Establish Governance Processes**
- Assist with the identification of the applicable governance processes around TaaS
- Design the governance processes, with all its associated deliverables, entities and review mechanisms

**Create and deliver support processes to enable a market to adopt and transform to TMF based Frameworks**
- Creation of a documentation structure to capture TMF constructs
- Creation of a modelling capability to map a market's existing environment to TMF frameworx
- Creation of a roadmap, with market assistance, on what a TMF based adoption journey will look like

**Prerequisites & Desirables**
- Extensive experience with coding (software development)
- Extensive experience in defining coding standards/software frameworks for teams to follow (to create long-term maintainability of the code)
- Extensive experience in following reference frameworks and architectures (to understand the type of things that will need to be specified for such reference material)
- The architecture guidance output will be instructive across Vodacom Group's companies. Therefore, understanding the practical implication of reference material toward these standards will be imperative.
