**We need ambitious, driven, self-starter agents to join our energacity team.**

In the role of real estate professional, you will enjoy generating leads to rent a property. You will be an expert in your field and be confident in guiding and consulting your clients on prices. You will enjoy showing your potential tenants the beautiful homes you have in your portfolio and will always go the extra mile, whether that be a viewing in the evening, or during the weekend, to achieve your personal financial goals. We will help you achieve your goals - you tell us what you want to earn over the next 6 months, and we will provide the systems and tools so you can achieve that

You will be a negotiation King or Queen, the type that loves the buzz of closing deals. Your eye for detail will be excellent as you will be responsible for reviewing rental agreements and ensuring terms are met.

Naturally, you will know how to get your portfolio to market in the most efficient manner, so you will be clued up on the best advertising portals, social media marketing and face to face networking. Of course, your real estate license will be up to date and you will act with loyalty and pride in every transaction. **Requirements**:

- Driver's licence and own vehicle
- Laptop and mobile phone
- At least two years' sales experience
