We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team, oversee operations, and drive excellence in Point of Sale (POS) management and stock control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Store Operations: Ensure smooth daily operations by implementing and monitoring standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- POS Management: Maintain and optimize Point of Sale systems, ensuring accurate transactions, reporting, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Stock Control: Oversee stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and ensure timely replenishment to minimize shrinkage and optimize sales.
- Customer Service: Promote a customer-first culture by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Sales and Profitability: Analyse sales data, implement strategies to meet sales targets, and improve profitability.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and retail regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on POS systems and stock control.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in POS software and inventory management tools.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
