Wanted: IT & Wireless Network Support Technician

We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to grow with our company. We specialize in the installation and maintenance of intruder detection systems, video analytics systems, cloud-based ANPR cameras, and wireless networks. If you are passionate about technology and ready to learn, we want you on our team

**Must Have**:

- Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license, with a willingness to travel.
- Experience working with both wired and wireless networks.
- Proficiency in building PCs and servers, and troubleshooting Windows and other software packages.
- Basic understanding of network cabling.
- A mature attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment, reliability, neatness, good communication skills, and honesty.
- Strong customer service and administrative skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide daily support to field technical/installation teams.
- Set up CCTV and other security-based systems.
- Support various networked devices.
- Provide wireless network support and setup.
- Monitor client system infrastructure.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Maintain site documentation and asset registers.
- Produce regular site reports.

**Qualifications (nice to have)**:

- N+ Certification
- A+ Certification
- Mikrotik Certification
- Ubiquity Certification
- CCNA Certification
- Work experience at a wireless ISP
- Knowledge of routing, switching, and VLANs
- Diploma
