Predator Off-road specializes in precision metal fabrication within the 4x4 and automotive industry. We are currently seeking skilled Machine Operators with experience in operating fiber laser machines, specifically using Cypcut nesting software. Join our dynamic team and help us produce high-quality components with cutting-edge technology.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain fiber laser cutting machines, including setting up and running Cypcut nesting software for efficient part layout and material usage..
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and material specifications for the setup and operation of machines.
- Monitor machine performance, adjusting settings as needed to ensure high-quality production.
- Perform routine machine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in operating fiber laser cutting machines, with knowledge of Cypcut nesting software.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of metalworking, fabrication techniques, and CNC operations.
- Proficient in material measurement and quality inspection.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
