- Assist Shipping Logistics Manager
- Create purchase orders
- Monitor shipments and maintain an up to date shipping calendar
- Liaise with clearing agents and generate relevant documentation
- Check all clearing agent’s invoices
- Complete costing sheets for each individual container
- Liaise with internal/external parties
- Provide assistance with other activities as and when required
- Protect the integrity of the company at all times

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent
- Min 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Thorough understanding of the logistics/shipping processes
- Excellent business communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure
