With more than 50 years in the industry, we offer prestige brands such as John Deere, Toyota, and Warath while our highly skilled staff provides professional and high-quality service and standards of workmanship.
Mascor is currently looking for an Aftersales Manager in our Agricultural division to oversee the day-to-day Management of the branch and deal with all day-to-day activities at branch level with special focus on customer satisfaction and quality assurance in the aftersales department
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
a. BRANCH MANAGEMENT
i. Manage and control the branch working capital.
ii. Be an efficient leader to all employees.
iii. Complies with Company policy and procedures
iv. Meets annual sales and cost budgets.
v. Returns on assets meet budgets.
vi. Daily reports and matrix are actioned, completed and sent to Reports to Manager timeously.
b. SALES
i. All-year demo and marketing programmes are executed
ii. Coverage reports are completed
iii. Meet budgeted unit and sales targets
iv. Sales coverage to be at 85%
v. Market share to meet the budgeted target
c. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
i. Attending to customer inquiries timeously
ii. Overall CSI to be more than 85%
iii. After-sales contact to be at 100%
d. HOUSEKEEPING AND SAFETY
i. Parts, Workshop, and equipment departments are neat, and tidy and include marketing displays.
ii. Ensure that Parts are stored in accordance with the required standards
iii. Communication to be done timeously
iv. Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations including franchise requirements.
e. INVENTORY
i. Manage parts availability (Breadth 2 Plus)
ii. Manage the stock order percentage
iii. Manage CSI availability
iv. Manage obsolescence and losses (% of sales)
v. Manage stock returns (year to date)
**REQUIREMENTS**:
a. Qualifications:
i. Min: 3-year Diploma in Sales and/or Marketing
ii. Ideal: Bachelor’s in Business management or Sales and Marketing
b. Experience:
i. 3-5 years’ experience in AG Management
ii. 3-5 years’ experience supervising a branch.
KEY COMPETENCIES
a. At least 3 years experience in Management
b. People Skills - ability to engage, inspire and influence people.
c. Planning skills
d. Able to operate under pressure.
e. Supervisory skills proficiency in Microsoft 365: Outlook, Word, Excel, Presentations, Teams
f. Good communications skills and diplomacy required with both internal and external customers, and legal agencies.
g. Negotiations skills with vendors and suppliers
h. Time management
