**Sales Associate - Cannabis Retail (Paarl Only)**:

- Full-Time | Shift-Based | Immediate Start_

We’re looking for a passionate and driven **Sales Associate** to join our cannabis retail team in **Paarl**.

**About the Role**:
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our store—guiding customers, answering questions, and making informed product recommendations. You’ll help ensure that each customer has a welcoming, professional, and educational experience with us.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven **sales experience** with a **strong track record** of meeting or exceeding targets
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to learn quickly and retain product knowledge
- Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills
- Cannabis product knowledge or previous experience in the industry is an **advantage**, but not required

**Requirements**:

- Must be available to work **shift-based**, from **09h00 to 17h00**:

- Must be able to start **immediately**:

- Professional conduct and willingness to work in a strictly compliant and responsible environment
