**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Operations Manager, in a 4/5* Hotel.
- Previous experience in a Hotel with a spa would be an advantage
- Should have a strong background in Housekeeping, including F&B
- Polite, friendly person with a strong personality that can think on their feet
- Well spoken and well presented individual
- Strong leader who have been in charge of employees before
- Must have grade 12 and be computer literate
- Formal hospitality / Somatology degree/diploma preferable
- Will be responsible for the management of the Housekeeping and maintenance team for the Spa
- Ensuring that the Gardens and Maintenance are maintained
- Manage the day to day operation of the Spa in terms of ensuring that the treatment rooms are set up and cleaned after every treatment
- Will be responsible for the F&B department at the spa, in terms of the bar and the restaurant.
- Assisting with monthly stock takes

- Polokwane, Limpopo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
