**Videographer & Editor**:
The Videographer & Editor is responsible for maintaining and delivering high quality video productions and to ensure all processes, as outlined in the individual SOP’s are followed.

**Key Performance Areas**:

- Video Creation
- Client and Supplier Liaison
- Video Production Management
- Freelancer & Resource Management

**Video Creation**:
Create videos for Clients:

- Conduct research, Source artwork and relevant/necessary resources (e.g. Set build, backdrop, hired gear etc)
- Create shot lists for video shoots
- Direct and shoot according to the shot list and storyboard created. Ensure footage is correctly captured and edited according to the approved storyboard
- Ensure the visual design of the video is in accordance with the approved storyboard and Corporate Identity of client and brief requirements
- Ensure all videos are rendered according to the correct spec and format in the team
- Ensure that projects are delivered on the agreed deadline provided there are no delays from the client
- Edit videos according to client brief while maintaining the correct feedback processes
- Adding basic sound effects and music to edits

**Video Production Management**:

- Attend daily scrum meetings, identify deadlines or benchmark issues and provide feedback to the team
- Achieve deadlines, monitor benchmark versus actual hours and identify areas for improvement for projects that went over their benchmark
- Ensure that all needed, content, artwork and equipment for each video is received and ready
- Manage the quality of work produced
- Ensure that all gear is regularly checked and maintained and that safety procedure are followed when shooting

**Freelancer & Resource Management**:

- Identify and engage with freelancers as needed on a per project basis.
- Identify the need for freelancers ahead of larger projects.
- Ensure that all freelancers and internal resources stay on track, on deadline and provide quality work.

**Knowledge**:

- Video Production Process
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite
- Knowledge of Video Equipment, Digital Video Cameras and Digital Cameras
- Understanding of Video Streaming / Web-Based Video (Vimeo, YouTube, etc.)
- Knowledge of Audio Recording for use in Video Production

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: Up to R25,000.00 per month
