**Minimum Requirements**:

- **Education**:
Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- **Experience**:
2-5 years of experience in relevant planning, logistics, or supply chain roles.
- **Skills**:
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), WMS, ERP systems, and relevant planning software. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- **Industry Experience**:
FMCG or retail sector experience is highly desirable, especially in demand planning, stock management, and forecasting.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities (Depending on Role)**:

- **Demand Planner**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate demand forecasts, analyse market trends, and ensure timely inventory management.
- **Location Planner**:
Oversee stock availability, optimise stock flow across DC and stores, manage supplier coordination, and lead a dynamic team.
- **Outbound Planner**:
Ensure stores are stocked with key promotional items, monitor stock levels, manage order fulfilment, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- **Inbound Planner**:
Coordinate supplier deliveries, maintain booking schedules, manage returns, and ensure smooth communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
