**Position Overview**:
**A well established and reputable financial services group** is seeking to appoint an experienced **Senior Team Leader **- **Head Office Security Operations**.

The main purpose of this position is to **provide managerial leadership and strategic direction to the Head Office Security Operations function within the Group Security Management Department of the institution.**

**Key Performance Areas**:

- _Manage the _**_performance and development of team members._**:

- _Prioritise work and manage _**_resource utilisation_**_._
- _Manage the _**_Head Office security teams._**:

- _Ensure the _**_implementation and compliance of policies, procedures, and legislative requirements_**_ within the function._
- _Plan and implement _**_special security events_**_ held for the Head Office facility._
- _Provide security resources in support of the _**_Unit Head: Physical Security Operations function_**_._
- _Manage the _**_Fit for Deployment programme_**_ for _**_Head Office operational security members_**_._
- _Implement Head Office _**_risk and vulnerability assessment_**
- **Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Security Management.**:

- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a** **_complex financial services industry_**_, Security Operations environment_**.**:

- At least** 3 years’ experience in a Senior Management**:

- Solid knowledge of** In-house Security Management, Risk and Compliance Management, and Stakeholder Engagement.
